You’re Managing Everything. And It’s Exhausting.
You show up, you perform, you hold it all together. You’re capable, perhaps more capable than almost anyone around you knows. And yet, underneath, there’s a quieter experience: a mind that won’t slow down, a sense of unease that doesn’t quite match your circumstances, or a growing feeling that somewhere along the way, you’ve lost touch with yourself. Exploring all of this is what online therapy in Illinois, with the right therapist, can offer.
Maybe you’re in the thick of high-functioning anxiety: the kind that doesn’t look like anxiety from the outside, but lives in the constant pressure, the self-doubt, and the inability to truly rest. Or maybe you’re navigating the emotional terrain of perimenopause or menopause, and what you’re experiencing goes far deeper than what anyone prepared you for.
Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to keep doing this alone. Therapy can be the bridge between the life you’re managing and the one you actually want to be living.
How We’ll Work Together
Our sessions will be shaped by your needs, not a preset agenda. My approach is depth-oriented, relational, and intentionally paced. I draw from Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and attachment perspectives, not to apply a formula, but to help you understand what has been shaping you, often beneath the surface of conscious awareness.
Rather than focusing on symptom management or quick fixes, we’ll make space for what’s actually happening: the patterns, the parts of you that are working hard, and the quieter signals that often go unheard in daily life.
This is not about pushing through or getting back to who you were. It’s about understanding yourself more fully and finding your way toward something that feels genuinely yours.
Areas of Focus
Therapy for High-Functioning Anxiety
Many capable, driven adults appear to have it together while living with persistent unease, self-doubt, and internal pressure that never quite turns off.
Therapy for Menopause & Midlife Transitions
Women navigating the emotional and psychological weight of perimenopause and menopause often carry the identity shifts, the anxiety, and the disconnection largely on their own.
The time we spend together is yours. It is a safe and compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome. When you are ready, I welcome the chance to meet you.
I work with adults throughout the Chicago western suburbs and Illinois, including Naperville, Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Glen Ellyn, and Clarendon Hills.
