In our work together, we’ll create space for every part of you — the anxious part, the self-critical part, the part searching for meaning, and the one that works so hard to keep everything running smoothly. At times, these parts can pull in different directions. You may appear capable and steady on the outside, yet feel unsettled or disconnected internally. It can become difficult to know what you genuinely need – or to trust your own inner experience.

Many thoughtful, capable adults learn how to hold it all together on the outside, even as something inside feels unsettled or unseen. Making space for all of this isn’t easy — especially in a world that rewards constant doing and pushing through.

Our sessions will be shaped by your needs and goals. My aim is to help you build the inner bridges that allow you to move from anxiety toward clearer thinking, a calm mind, and more fulfilling connections. Together, we’ll gently turn inward, listening to what each part of you is asking for and learning to trust your own inner wisdom.

My Approach

My work is integrative and relational, grounded in Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and attachment-focused perspectives. Together, we explore the internal dynamics that influence your relationships, choices, and sense of self. The aim isn’t to fix you. It’s to help you understand yourself more clearly – and move forward with confidence and intention.
